Roderick White
FOUNDER
Roderick G. White is committed to the global eradication of poverty, with a special focus on the African American community. He believes that the root issue facing minority communities is a lack of financial resources, not crime or drugs. Roderick is focused on changing spending patterns in the Black community to break generational poverty and empower future wealth creators. A graduate of Bowling Green State University and Kellogg School of Management, Executive Studies Program. He began his career as a social worker before becoming the youngest African American Officer at Allstate. Roderick later held leadership roles at New York Life, where he played a key role in developing the $50 Billion Community Empowerment Plan. Today, he works as an agent of change, inspiring financial professionals to close the wealth gap and achieve financial freedom for Black Americans.
JaNean Stubbs-Taylor

JaNean Stubbs-Taylor is a dynamic financial leader with over thirty years of banking experience. Known for her integrity, vision, and entrepreneurial spirit, she is the Founder & CEO of Fruits of Finance and has authored multiple books, including "The Nine Fruits of Finance." Holding degrees in Business Management and Strategic Finance, JaNean is also a Certified Financial Education Instructor, empowering others to achieve financial success. A devoted wife, mother, and pastor, JaNean integrates her faith into every aspect of her life and career, serving as a mentor, speaker, and advocate for financial literacy.
Jevertus Burnett

Jevertus Burnett is an accomplished entrepreneur and financial strategist, known for founding the Pathfinder Debt Elimination Group. With a deep foundation in faith, Jevertus helps families eliminate debt, build generational wealth, and create financial stability through a purpose-driven approach. He is a sought-after speaker on financial literacy, business operations, and wealth-building, with a strong focus on philanthropy and supporting the Black community. A devoted husband to his wife, Courtney, and father to their two children, Savannah and Joshua, Jevertus integrates his faith and values into all aspects of his life, reflecting his dedication to family, community, and stewardship.
Shonette Sullivan

Shonette Sullivan, MBA is the CEO and Co-Founder of The Shekinah Group, LLC Professional Financial Services. She is a wife and proud mother of four amazing world changers which are her most valued gifts. She loves spending quality time with her family, reading, writing, singing, and making an impact in the lives of others.
The Shekinah Group, LLC services currently provides Financial Wellness Coaching,
Consulting, Training & Advisory. The company also offers financial seminars which focus on empowering others with the knowledge to make sound financial decisions. The overall mission is to see others achieve financial success while finding peace of mind in the process.
Anthony J. Gladney

Anthony J. Gladney, better known as A.J., is a native of Greenville, S.C. Anthony began his career in finance in 2016 working for two Fortune 500 firms through 2025, before launching his own financial services company, Cardinal Financial Strategies. A premier financial services firm that provides financial planning services aimed to protect and grow clients net worth, lowering their taxable income , and increase overall spendable dollars.
As a community leader, A.J. has served on a variety of boards including Multiplying Good, Urban League of the Upstate, and United Ministries. A.J. was selected by Black Pages as a Top 20 Under 40 honoree. A Jefferson Award Winner for ChangeMakers and mentor of Greenville Technical College’s African American Male Scholars Initiative (AAMSI). A.J. served as President of the Urban League of the Upstate Young Professionals and as a member of Ten at the Top’s PIQUE Young Professionals Committee.
Through his professional leadership and personal influence, Anthony intends to advance the mission of empowering the culture as they enter the economic and social mainstream.
